Our Team
Our trained team of professionals work together to create the best possible experience for those living in the home, striving to deliver excellent care services in a warm, homely environment.
They are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II or NVQ III in Health and Social Care.
We realise that the people working in our care home are motivated by making a difference to our residents’ lives. We encourage this by valuing aptitude as much as qualifications when recruiting, providing on-going personal development and offering promotion from within.
